Free Alphabet Manipulatives: Applesauce Tops

I was looking for alphabet

manipulatives,

so my students can have choice during guided reading. However, most of the alphabet manipulatives I saw were either expensive or only had uppercase letters.

Last school year, during lunch, I started collecting squeezable applesauce tops from my students. I cleaned them with Clorox Wipes and they make great for loose parts and STEM building parts.

To make these free alphabet manipulatives:

1) Print out the letters (click the picture below to get this FREEBIE).

2) Laminated the letters

3) Cut out the circles

4) Put velcro on the letter and the top
